Precast cells, either modular or flat panel type, offer speed in construction and long term low maintenance. Producing cells in a precast concrete plant environment assures the highest quality concrete product.

While site work is being prepared, cells are being manufactured and stored for erection. Pomeroy has provided precast cells for 15 correctional facilities in several states.
